Accounts, generation materials and third-party processing

This policy describes data processing, third-party processing and privacy request channels for Tevos video services. Tevos is operated by a US company; contact details appear on this page.

Updated October 25, 2026. These policies apply to Tevos video services. Contact us for information not listed here.

Version: 2026-11-06.v1

1. Information we process

When you use live support, Tevos stores your messages and an anonymous conversation identifier so the support operator can read and reply to your conversation.

Account and contact information includes your username, account identifiers, authentication and connection status, and inquiries you send us. We use it for sign-in, account association, support, and access protection.

After successful website registration or sign-in, service logs record the policy version, age and content-responsibility declarations, confirmation time, and hashed session-account identifier to check consent and handle disputes. These declarations are not identity-document or statutory age-verification records.

Generation information includes prompts, reference images, parameters, task IDs, statuses, results or result links, and errors. It is used for generation, display, delivery, troubleshooting and dispute review.

Transaction and operational information includes top-up verification, balances, credit transactions, charges, timestamps and necessary access and security logs. Network requests provide infrastructure providers with connection information such as IP addresses.

2. Third-party processing and cross-border transfers

Generation providers receive the prompts, reference materials and parameters needed for the task. Inputs are not readable only by you; providers may retain and process them under their policies.

The website uses Cloudflare for its entry point, bot verification, and related infrastructure, including necessary service and security logs.

Necessary information may also be provided to security, complaint-handling and legal service providers, and authorities legally entitled to it. Processors may be outside your country or region. Ask us about specific processors, locations and transfer arrangements. This policy does not mean any particular cross-border data agreement has been signed.

3. Retention and deletion

Reference images are stored on the server, as are generation records and credit transactions. Video delivery may also depend on upstream results or relay caches. The browser's creation list does not establish the retention status of every copy.

Completed works are retained for 12 hours. At expiry, previews, downloads and parameter reuse stop, and this service automatically removes stored prompts, video references and reference media no longer in use. Download before the expiry time shown on your work. Existing works receive a 12-hour download period from rollout. Content needed for active tasks or unresolved accounting may be retained temporarily. Billing records remain.

Providers with a deletion API receive content-removal requests. Physical deletion may be delayed; uploaded files, caches and backups follow their respective policies. Synchronized deletion is not promised for providers without a deletion API. Expiry after 12 hours does not mean every external copy has physically disappeared. Browser drafts expire 12 hours after their last save and are cleared when next read.

You may request account deletion or closure by email. Identity and data scope must be verified. Billing, security, complaint and legally preserved records may be retained. Removing an item from a list or expiring a download link does not mean every copy has been physically deleted.

Upstream copies outside our direct control are handled under the provider's policies and available mechanisms. We cannot promise simultaneous deletion. Do not use this service as your only backup.

4. Training and secondary uses

Do not assume that the entire processing chain excludes input from training simply because Tevos forwards requests. Training, evaluation and secondary-use arrangements across all processors have not been fully verified. We therefore make no end-to-end zero-retention or no-training guarantee. Contact us before submitting sensitive materials to confirm the processing scope.

New uses must still satisfy applicable notice, consent and other legal requirements. The absence of a no-training guarantee does not mean you consented to undisclosed uses.

5. Browser storage and analytics

Sign-in and video account connections use sessions. The workspace stores prompt drafts, generation options, reference image IDs, budgets and task recovery data in the browser. Clearing browser data does not delete server records.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic measurement. Signing out does not clear every draft, asset or billing record. The Cookies page provides more details about browser storage.

6. Privacy requests

Send access, correction, deletion or other requests to info@tevoscorp.com, identifying the account email and data categories. Provide only information needed for verification; do not send passwords or complete credentials.

Applicable laws may provide rights to access, deletion, correction, portability, opting out of certain processing or making complaints. Requests are handled under applicable law, without unlawful discrimination for exercising rights.

Specific rights and requirements depend on applicable law and business scope. State your jurisdiction if requesting regional rights. This policy cannot arbitrarily extend statutory deadlines.
