Scope to be agreed
A formal agreement must define each party's role, processing purposes, data categories, retention periods, suppliers, security measures, and data return or deletion arrangements for the specific service.
Agreement status
A complete standard DPA has not been published here. This page is not a signed agreement; obligations are governed by the version separately agreed and signed by both parties.
