Reports and appeals

Content complaints, privacy violations and decision review

You do not need a Tevos account to report an issue. Email info@tevoscorp.com. An automated takedown system is not currently provided.

Updated October 25, 2026. These policies apply to Tevos video services. Contact us for information not listed here.

Version: 2026-11-06.v1

1. Submit a report

Email info@tevoscorp.com with the subject Content report. Describe the issue, where you found it, the task ID or other location details, and the action requested. Include a reply address if you want follow-up.

You must send the email yourself; opening an email client does not submit it. Do not include passwords, complete credentials or unrelated personal information.

2. Child safety

Use the subject Urgent: child safety. Provide only task IDs, written location details and necessary context. Do not download, attach or redistribute potentially unlawful imagery.

These reports should receive priority handling, with access restrictions, preservation and reporting as required by law. Ordinary deletion does not replace legal preservation.

3. Non-consensual intimate imagery removal requests

Use the subject Intimate imagery removal request. Provide details locating the content, a description and a reply method. If you are the depicted person or an authorized representative, explain that relationship and provide legally required signatures and statements. Only information needed for verification should be collected.

If Tevos is a platform covered by the US TAKE IT DOWN Act, valid requests require removal of the imagery within 48 hours and reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies as required by law. Ordinary support timelines do not replace this deadline.

Automated duplicate detection is not currently provided. Manual review or coordination with processors does not change applicable legal obligations or deadlines.

4. Copyright and other rights

Use the subject Copyright complaint or the relevant rights category. Describe your rights, the work in dispute, the location of the reported content, contact details and supporting information. Statutory notices also require applicable signatures and statements.

This email address is a general contact channel. It does not represent completed US DMCA designated-agent registration or a claim of safe-harbor protection. Statutory notices and counter-notices must follow applicable procedures.

5. Review and privacy

To contest content removal, account restrictions or a report outcome, reply to the original email with the subject Request for review. Include the task ID, original decision and reasons.

Reports and authorization materials should be used only as needed for verification, protecting affected people, resolving disputes and meeting legal duties. Anonymous reports may not allow follow-up or verification. Complete statutory requests may require necessary identity and contact information.

No standard response time for ordinary reports or reviews has been published. Follow up through the original email if you supplied a contact address. Support arrangements cannot extend applicable statutory deadlines.
