Acceptable use rules
Material permissions, prohibited content and enforcement
These rules cover prompts, uploaded materials, generated results and distribution through Tevos. A model accepting a request does not establish that the request is lawful or authorized.
Updated October 25, 2026. These policies apply to Tevos video services. Contact us for information not listed here.
Version: 2026-11-06.v11. Protecting minors
Do not request, generate, upload or distribute sexual content involving minors or people depicted as minors, including realistic, illustrated, animated and synthetic depictions. Labeling a prompt as adult does not change an obviously underage appearance or context.
Do not sexualize images of real minors or engage in grooming, exploitation or abuse. If you encounter such material, do not re-upload or redistribute it to report it. Provide the task ID and a written description.
2. Real people and intimate content
Do not generate or distribute intimate or sexualized synthetic content depicting identifiable real people without valid authorization and explicit consent. This includes face swaps, voice impersonation and purported undressing. Public photographs, celebrity status, past relationships or consent to ordinary photography do not imply consent to these uses.
Materials depicting real people require permission and evidence of consent for the intended use. Do not use another person's likeness for harassment, defamation, extortion, impersonation, fabricated evidence or deception.
3. Lawful use and accounts
Upload only materials you are entitled to process. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and likeness rights. Do not use the service for fraud, threats, illegal transactions or other unlawful activity.
Adult-content availability depends on service scope, provider policies, your location and required access controls; it is not an unrestricted license. Do not steal credentials, bypass quotas or billing, attack interfaces or interfere with others.
If you provide products or resell APIs based on this service, confirm the permitted scope separately. Ordinary accounts and credentials do not automatically grant resale rights or remove your obligations regarding age verification, privacy and complaints for your own users.
4. Enforcement and review
The workspace does not currently provide automated image or video moderation. Successful uploads, accepted requests or downloadable results do not mean the platform has reviewed their legality.
Reports or lawfully identified issues may lead to necessary access restrictions, removal of controlled content and account review. Required reporting or preservation must follow applicable procedures. Deletion requests do not automatically override legal preservation duties.
If you believe an action was mistaken, use the report and appeal channel with the task ID, decision details and authorization information. Do not redistribute harmful material to appeal.
